WALL NUT HILL - BERLIN

This is one of two custom homes built in the sub-division of Walnut Hill in the historic town of Berlin. It is one of the many attractive home plans offered by Jones and Sons.

The exterior of this house has very nice detail, such as the exposed rafter tails. The type of siding used here is Hardie Plank and Hardie scallop shingles were used to accent the front gables.

The second home built in the sub-division of Walnut Hill offers very curb appealing, steep roof lines and the lower roof is covered with corrugated metal roofing. This home also offers an exposed rafter tail around the lower roof, as shown on the previous Walnut Hill home.
