SAIIA RESIDENCE - 10TH STREET

What you see here is a final product of what used to be a small unfinished garage. The whole existing structure, only accommodated about half of what you see now of the new building. With out completely demolishing the existing structure and just by removing the existing roof and leaving the existing walls we were able to add on to what you now see here.

The new structure consists of all the living space on the second floor and underneath on the first floor is a two car garage and a very large storage or workshop area.
