CROPPER RESIDENCE - RUM POINTE

What you first see is a recent picture of an addition done five years ago. The addition is a beautiful family room added on to the back of the existing house. Looking out through all of the very large windows gives a great panoramic view of Assawoman Bay and the back side of Assateague Island.

The cupola was custom designed and built as well as the copper pineapple you see on the copper roof.

From the inside you can see how the tray style ceiling and large crown molding and trim around the windows compliments the large room.

The large mantle around the fireplace was custom built.

You also see the most recent addition, just completed in the end of 2008, to the Cropper residence. This new addition consists of the main area being a specialty trophy room, an office, and a ten foot by ten foot solid eight inch poured concrete vault with a twenty-six hundred pound vault door.
