JONES AND SONS INC PORTFOLIO
JONES RESIDENCE
This beautiful, coastal style homes is one of the five homes built by Jones and Sons in the sub-division of Henry's Green. The Jones Residence is home of President and owner of Jones and Sons, Inc., John Jones and wife Christine Jones.
CROPPER RESIDENCE
What you first see is a recent picture of an addition done five years ago. The addition is a beautiful family room added on to the back of the existing house. Looking out through all of the very large windows gives a great panoramic view of Assawoman Bay and the back side of Assateague Island.
TAYLOR RESIDENCE
By adding different roof lines, a two car garage and opening up the floor plan, what you see is the final product of what was a great transformation from a small, plain, modular (rancher style) home, to a very attractive, spacious, twenty-two hundred square foot home.
SAIIA RESIDENCE
What you see here is a final product of what used to be a small unfinished garage. The whole existing structure, only accommodated about half of what you see now of the new building. With out completely demolishing the existing structure and just by removing the existing roof and leaving the existing walls we were able to add on to what you now see here.
WALL NUT HILL
This is one of two custom homes built in the sub-division of Walnut Hill in the historic town of Berlin. It is one of the many attractive home plans offered by Jones and Sons.
BUCCI RESIDENCE
The Bucci residence is one of our most recent projects, just finished at the end of 2008.
ADAMCHAKS RESIDENCE
The Adamchaks had an existing porch that they wanted converted into living space. By leaving the existing roof, it was possible to add ten more feet of living space. The new space would include a large walk-in closet off the master bedroom and opening up the existing floor plan through the family room and kitchen.
HAMILTON GARAGE
The Hamilton family has a beautiful home directly across the street from the ocean. Behind their home Jones and Sons built a two car garage to keep the vehicles out of the salty ocean air. The exterior is finished with Hardie Plank siding. On top of the roof is a custom built cupola with louvered sides and a copper roof.
FROST RESIDENCE
The Frost Residence was a 1,200 sq. ft. three bedroom and two-bath, modular (rancher style) home. The Frost family, from Baltimore, MD., had plans of retiring and relocating to the Eastern Shore and wanted to transform their small rancher into something a little larger and more comfortable.
HENRY'S GREEN
Along with the Jones Residence, these are three more homes built by Jones and Sons in the sub-division of Henry's Green. These homes range from 1,800 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft. All of the homes include three bedrooms with two and half baths and open floor plans. The two cape-cod style homes also offer finished bonus rooms. These bonus rooms can be anything from another master bedroom to a great game room.
